Our talented partner chefs at Guckenheimer will be presenting a small plate menu that will be sure to please your eyes and taste buds. Their menu will be set in (3) different fashions highlighting the great products of our vendor partners. We will showcase sustainable catering products,  plasticwares, as well new smallwares trends to represent how one menu can be presented three different ways to our guests.
